These three storey townhouses on a small inner-city block address the impact of higher density developments in residential and heritage areas. Our eco friendly townhouse design was conceived to provide a maximum number of options for its occupants making it suitable as a home for a family, empty nesters, and young couples or to share between different parties. It also allows for operating a business from home.

Each townhouse is zoned over three levels, with storage, utilities and studio downstairs, the main living area on the second level over the full floor and two bedrooms with attractive city views and en-suites on the top. The stairwell is cleverly located in the centre of the development which reduces the building height in the middle and maintain good sunlight access for the neighbouring properties. It enabled us to create a striking architectural image for design that will make a positive contribution to the area.
