Commendation: Sustainability Unbuilt category. Architeam Awards 2015

Wohnen Morgen (Living Tomorrow) - our newly-finished design concept for 9 star apartments in Thornbury.

Through this project we're aiming to:

* transform a standard suburban block with a single dwelling into ten 9-star homes;

* increase urban density, housing quality, diversity and market accessibility while fostering community;

* create a positive impact in the urban fabric for the building inhabitants, and all adjacent neighbours;

* foster positive engagement with the community – on all levels – through spatial organization and design.
