Peter Way

Architectural graduate

Peter graduated with a first class honours Masters of Design Science (University of Sydney), before studying a Masters of Architecture (University of Melbourne). He then spent two years in London at an architectural practice, and travelled extensively through Europe and Asia, immersing himself in their architectural traditions.

Peter is inspired by regionally responsive architecture: architecture that is appropriately and sustainably designed to respond to its climate and context. He grew up on a farm on the NSW mid north coast where making, fixing and building were an intrinsic part of life.

Peter brings his heritage infill experience to the practice, garnered in one of the world's oldest cities (London), and his community and environmentally responsive place-making sensibilities. After hours: cricket, testing his skills as a Cicerone, and guitar.
